I think I said this last year, but as I haven't learned my lesson, here we go again. I can't keep Easter and Thanksgiving straight. Is it that I'm thankful for the crucixion, or, that I mourn the killing of turkeys? Whatever be the reason, I've been hyping up Thanksgiving all week.

truly an extravaganza, i think. a dozen or so eggs, by which i meant people- that's a big din!
would you like to have an egg hunt? i hadn't thought much about it but i'm sure it could be arranged. i found an egg inside a stocking the other day that was never found from 2 years ago's hunt. i plan to win, i promise you.
when you coming to town, and when you're friends? exciting!
besides of course wine, here's what i think i'll make to drink:
blood bunny
2 cups tequila
2 cups blood orange juice
1 cup contrieau (sp?)
1 bot champagne

hmm, maybe we should skip hiding eggs this year and just continue the search for the already hidden ones.
and i plan on making at least a dozen deviled eggs. but maybe more given the expected attendance. where is everyone going to sit?
the punch sounds delicious but the name makes me cringe a little. how about rosy rabbit? thats so much cuter.
im heading up on fri afternoon. crusin in on the raschal, i hope! and emily and eamonn are coming in on sat.

bloody bunny is bloody cuz the blood orange juice, bunny cuz the holiday, a hard-assed name because the tequila. but, i think bloody bunny's been canceled cuz i could't find any blood orange juice at the grocer. :( bought some choco eggs though, so a hunt of some sort is now possible.
though no bloody bunny, there's an exciting grapefruit food theme that has been emerging between wendy and i. at least 3 dishes involving grapefruit in some form. at least 9 grapefruits in our refridgerator, currently.
